Photo Identification, such as a Current Drivers License or Passport, is required for all hire, and the person must be 18 years or older to sign the hire agreement. The Hiree’s nominated Credit Card Details will be used to secure the hire equipment. The Hiree acknowledges that there is a possibility that an injury or accident could occur during the use of the hire equipment. The Hiree engages in the hire at his / her own risk and agrees to operate the hired equipment in accordance with any local and government rules and regulations that apply. The Hiree agrees to be solely liable for any loss or damage occasioned or caused to any persons or property arising out of the goods so hired. The Hiree agrees to keep the indemnified Sydney Bicycle Hire / Centennial Park Cycles, it’s proprietors, employees and agents from and against all actions, suits, claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to the hiree or any other person however caused. The Hiree agrees to pay for any damages howsoever caused to the equipment, and shall be responsible for the full replacement of, or shall pay the full retail value of any equipment rented and not returned to the shop. The hiree will at all times, take full control of the hire equipment and assume total responsibility. The hiree agrees as a condition of hire, to wear all compulsory safety equipment provided for the full duration of the hire. The hiree agrees and contracts to absolve Sydney Bicycle Hire / Centennial Park Cycles, it’s employees and agents, of all liability which may arise under the law of negligence and against any claim for injury, loss or damage to the hiree or any user in his care, however caused. The hiree will be fully responsible for any loss or damage of equipment, and agrees to pay for all expenses caused by the loss or damage. The Hiree agrees to return the equipment by the time and date agreed, and acknowledge that if the hiring period is exceeded, hourly / daily rates will be charged. No refunds will apply for equipment returned early. Sydney Bicycle Hire / Centennial Park Cycles shall have the right at any time, to retake possession of the equipment hired.
